1. General

Welcome to eifoze (“App”, “Service”). By using this app you agree to these terms under Israeli Privacy Law (1981) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), where applicable. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

2. Registration

You must provide accurate information. Multiple accounts and impersonation are strictly prohibited. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.

3. Privacy & GPS

We collect your username, email address, and foreground/background GPS location (for proximity alerts only). Location data is processed in real time and is not stored on our servers or shared with third parties for advertising. See the Privacy Policy for full details.

4. Content & Lists

You are solely responsible for content you add to the app. For shared lists: owners can add and delete spots, rename the list, delete the list, and manage sharing. Editors can add spots and leave the list, but cannot delete spots, rename the list, or delete the list.

5. Account Deletion

Deleting your account permanently removes your personal data (email, password, and preferences). Shared lists you own transfer to the oldest editor. If no editors exist, the list is deleted.

6. Liability

The service is provided as-is. eifoze is not responsible for the accuracy of restaurant information or opening hours.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app means you agree to the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page.

8. Legal Notice & Intellectual Property

EIFOZE is an original application, currently in private beta testing via Apple TestFlight. By accessing or using it, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Ownership. The EIFOZE application and its original content — including its source code (excluding third-party open-source libraries), user interface, layouts, features, geofencing logic, and visual identity — are the original work of its creator and are protected by copyright. “EIFOZE” is used as the name and brand of the application. All rights are reserved.

Permitted use. You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial, revocable license to use EIFOZE for beta-testing purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code or core features of the application.

Location & privacy. For how location and personal data are handled, see Section 3 and our Privacy Policy.

Beta disclaimer. During beta testing, features may change and data may be reset. See Section 6 for general service disclaimers.
